Road Traffic (Charges and Fees) Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Charges and Fees)
Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	Part 3 — on 1 July 2012;
(c)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after gazettal day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Charges and Fees)
Regulations 2006.

Part 2 — Changes to vehicle licence charges

4.             Specified day

For the purposes of section 28A of the Act, the specified day in
relation to this Part is 1 July 2012.

5.             Regulation 20 amended

In regulation 20(1) delete “$67” (each occurrence) and insert:

6.             Schedule 1 Division 1 amended

In Schedule 1 Division 1 amend the provisions listed in the
Table as set out in the Table.

In regulation 39(1) delete “$31.80” and insert:

8.             Regulation 42 amended

(1) In regulation 42(1):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete “$84.15;” and insert:

(b) in paragraph (b) delete “$168.30.” and insert:

$173.

(2) In regulation 42(2):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete “$18.10;” and insert:

$18.60;

(b) in paragraph (b) delete “$36.60.” and insert:
