Road Traffic (Charges and Fees) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2011

Made by the Deputy of the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Charges and Fees)
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2011.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 31 May 2011.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Charges and Fees)
Regulations 2006.

4.             Regulation 20 amended

In regulation 20(1) delete “$65” (each occurrence) and insert:

$67

5.             Regulation 39 amended

In regulation 39(1) delete “$30.80” and insert:

$31.80

6.             Schedule 1 amended

(1) Amend Schedule 1 Division 1 as set out in the Table.
