Road Traffic (Charges and Fees) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Charges and Fees)
Amendment Regulations (No. 2)2007.

2.           Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 31 May 2007.

3.            Specified day: section 28A

For the purposes of section 28A(3) of the Act, the specified day in relation to these regulations is 1 July 2007.

4.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Charges and Fees) Regulations 2006*.

5.            Regulation 20 amended

Regulation 20(1) is amended by deleting "$55" in both places where it occurs and inserting instead -

" $58 ".

6.            Schedule 1 amended

(1) Schedule 1 clause 3 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$14.75" and inserting instead - " $15.46 ";
(b)	by deleting "$343.00." and inserting instead -

$355.00. ".

(2) Schedule 1 clause 4 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$14.75" and inserting instead - " $15.46 ";
(b)	by deleting "$1485.00." and inserting instead 46 $1537.00. ".

inserting instead -
