2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a)	re.tulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i) the Biosecurity and !1grid iirn•e Management
Regulations 2013 (other than regulations I

if gazettal day is on or before the day on which which those regulations (other than regulations I and 2) come into operation; or

(ii)      otherwise — on the clay after gazettal day.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Sentencing Regulations 1996.

4.             Schedule 2 amended In Schedule 2 delete:

Cattle Industry Compensation Act 1965 s. 37(1)
Plant Diseases Act 1914 s. 34(1)
Stock Diseases (Regulations) Act 1968 s. 16(3)

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.              Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Charges and Fees)

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gaze tte (gazettaI day);

(b) the rest of the re^tulations

(i)      if gazettal day is on of before the day on which the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management

Regulations 2013 (other than regulations I

and 2) conic into operation on the clay on

which those regulations (other than regulations 1
and 2) come into operation; or

(ii)      otherwise — on the day after gazettal day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Charges and Fees)

Regu/wions 2006.

4. Regulation 13 amended
In regulation 13(a) delete "Beekeepers Act 1963" and insert:

Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regu/wions 2013
