ROAD TRAFFIC (BY-LAWS REPEAL) REGULATIONS 1998
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (By-laws Repeal) Regulations 1998.
Repeal of by-laws
2.All by-laws made by local authorities under Orders in Council made under the Traffic
Act 1919 (now repealed) are, to the extent that they are still valid, repealed. By Command of the Governor,
M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.
