Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Blood
Sampling and Analysis) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001.

2.            Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5 of the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and Analysis) by the Minister" in both places where it occurs.
