Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and Analysis)

Amendment Regulations 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and
Analysis) Amendment Regulations 2011.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and
Analysis) Regulations 1975.

4.            Regulation 2 amended

In regulation 2 in the definition of subject delete "required, or electing," and insert:
