Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and Analysis)

Amendment Regulations 2009

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and
Analysis) Amendment Regulations 2009.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and
Analysis) Regulations 1975.

4.            Schedule amended

In the Schedule Form C:

(a) in item I delete "I" and insert:

The sample was analysed

the Chemistry Centre (WA), Perth

(b) in item 2 delete "said package was indorsed (inter alia)" and insert:

package was endorsed (among other things)

(c) in item 3 delete "1 have analysed that sample- and insert:

was found
