ROAD TRAFFIC (BLOOD SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and

Analysis) Amendment Regulations 1993.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 16 June 1993.

Regulation 11 amended

3. Regulation 11(4) of the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and Analysis) Regulations 1975* is amended by deleting "or 64A" and substituting the following —

"	, 64A or 64AA
