Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive)
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2015.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2015.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Authorisation to
Drive) Regulations 2014.

4.             Regulation 73 amended

(1)	In regulation 73(1) delete “$35.40” and insert:
$36.00

(2)	In regulation 73(2) delete “$33.85” and insert:
$35.30

5.             Regulation 77 amended

(1) In regulation 77(1):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete “$92.45;” and insert:

$92.50;

(b) in paragraph (b) delete “$179.50.” and insert:

$185.00.

(2) In regulation 77(2):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete “$18.85;” and insert:

$18.80;

(b) in paragraph (b) delete “$36.60.” and insert:

$37.60.

6.             Schedule 9 amended

In Schedule 9 amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out
in the Table.
