ROAD TRAFFIC (AMENDMENTS TO FEES) REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Division 1 — Preliminary

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendments to Fees)

Regulations 1997.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997.

Division 2 Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences) Regulations 1975

Principal regulations

3.     In this Division the Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences) Regulations 1975*

are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 9 amended

4.      Regulation 9 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting 19.50."

and substituting the following —

Regulation 14A amended

5.      Regulation 14A of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in item 1 (a), by deleting "45.00" and "70.00" and substituting

respectively the following —

6. (1) Regulation 15 (1) of the principal regulations is amended -

(2) Regulation 15 (2) of the principal regulations is amended -
