Road Traffic Amendment (Holiday Periods)

Regulations 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic Amendment (Holiday
Periods) Regulations 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences) Regulations 1975 amended

(1)	The amendments in this regulation are to the Road Traffic (Drivers' Licences) Regulations 1975.
(2)	The Table to regulation 2(2) is deleted and the following Table is inserted instead -

"

(1)	The amendments in this regulation are to the Road Traffic
Code 2000.

Table

1.        The period of Thursday 20 March 2008 to Monday 24 March 2008 (inclusive).

2.        The period of Friday 19 December 2008 to Sunday 4 January 2009 (inclusive).

4. Road Traffic Code 2000 amended

(2) The Table to regulation 3(2) is deleted and the following Table

is inserted instead —
