Under section 2 of the Road Traffic Amendment Act (No. 2) 1987, I, the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day of the publication of this proclamation in the Government Gazette as the day on which section 11 (a) of the Road Traffic Amendment Act (No. 2) 1987 comes into operation.
