Road Traffic (Administration) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2021

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Administration)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2021.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and

Penalties) Act 2020 section 4 comes into operation.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Administration)

Regulations 2014.

4.           Regulation 23 amended

In regulation 23(2) in the Table:

(c)	in the item for section 64AAA in the 3rd column delete "6" and insert:

(a)	in the items for sections 62B(1), (4) and (5) and 62C(1) in the 31d column delete "6" and insert:
