Regulations (No. 2) 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Administration)

25 November 2016 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5281

Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day on which the Road Traffic Legislation Amendment Act 2016 section 44 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Administration)
Regulations 2014.

4.            Regulation 23 amended

In regulation 23(2) Table:

(a)	in the row relating to s. 62 delete "2" and insert:
(b)	after the row relating to s. 62 insert:

s. 62B(1)	Providing driving	6
instruction to a learner driver while having a blood alcohol content of or above 0.05 g of alcohol per 100 mL of blood
s. 62B(4)	Providing driving	6
instruction to a learner driver while having

any blood alcohol

content where the

instructor is a person described in the Road Traffic Act 1974

s. 62B(2)

s. 62B(5)	Providing driving	6
instruction to a learner driver in respect of a motor vehicle that has a GCM that is 22.5 tonnes or more while having any blood alcohol content
