Road Traffic (Administration) Amendment

Regulations 2017

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Administration) Amendment Regulations 2017.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Administration)
Regulations 2014.

4.      Regulation 31A inserted

At the end of Part 8 insert:

31A.	Prescribed number of days for s. 117A(2)(c) and 1 17G(2)(b)
For sections 11 7A(2)(c) and 11 7G(2)(b), the prescribed number of days is 365.
