AN ACT to amend the Road Traffic Act, 1974.

[Assented to 20th November, 1975.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Road Traffic

(b)

by deleting the Description in the second column corresponding to the vehicle classification "Motor cycle" and inserting a new Description as follows

Subject to the provisions of the description of a "motor carrier", a motor vehicle designed to travel on two wheels, or with a sidecar attached three wheels, or a motor vehicle having three wheels arranged in such a way that the axis of rotation of two wheels lies on the same straight line and each of those two wheels is equidistant from the third, and includes any such vehicle which is not equipped with a permanent cab and cab roof. .
