1. Objective

n	The objective of these Regulations is to revoke—
a	(a) the Road Safety (Vehicles) (Registration

Fees) Regulations 2003 ; and

ti	(b) the Road Safety (Vehicles) (Transfer of

Registration Fees) Regulations 2003 —

is	so that the increase in fees for the registration of
g	vehicles and the transfer of registration of vehicles
e	implemented by those Regulations will not expire
L	on 1 January 2004.

These Regulations come into operation on
