Road Safety (Vehicles) (Fees) Regulations 2001

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the increase certain fees—

(a)	relating to forms, number plates and class 1, 2 and 3 permits; and
(b)	for the search of, and extracts from, historical information held by the Roads Corporation.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on
1 October 2001.

4.  Increase in search and extract fees for historical information

In Schedule 5 to the Road Safety (Vehicles)
Regulations 19991—

(a) in item 3, for "12.00" substitute "12.50"; (b) in item 5, for "12.00" substitute "12.50".

5.  Increase in certain fees relating to forms and class 1, 2 and 3 permits

In Schedule 6 to the Road Safety (Vehicles)

Regulations 1999—

(a) in item 1, for "330.00" substitute "372.00";
(b) in item 2, for "80.00" substitute "82.00";
(c) in item 3, for "11.50" substitute "12.00";
(d) in item 7, for "74.00" substitute "76.00";
(e) in item 8, for "30.00" substitute "31.00";
