The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the list of prescribed preliminary breath test devices.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986.

3. Preliminary breath test devices

In regulation 301 of the Road Safety (Procedures)

Regulations 19881—

(a) paragraph (b) is revoked;

(b)

in paragraph (c) after "Alcolmeter" insert ", also known as the lion alcolmeter S-D2";
