Road Safety (General) Amendment (Prescribed Offences) Regulations 2015

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009 to prescribe certain offences for the purposes of section 84H(2)(a)(i) of the Road Safety Act 1986.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986.

3Offences detected by road safety cameras or prescribed processes

In regulation 29(1) of the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009[1], for "section 66" substitute "sections 66 and 84H(2)(a)(i)".
