The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council makes the following
Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to extend the circumstances in which the Roads Corporation, in cases of hardship, may dispense with requirements for being granted a driver licence.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986.

3. Cases of undue hardship

In regulation 201(6) of the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 19991 for "(2)(d)" substitute "(2)(b), (c), (d)".
