By deputation from His Excellency the Governor.
I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in
pursuance of section 2A (2) of the Road Obstruction (Special Provisions) Act 1979, do, by this my Order, declare that the road obstruction powers under that Act may be exercised during the period of 3 months commencing on the date of publication of this Order in the Gazette.
