AN ACT to amend the Road Maintenance

(Contribution) Act, 1965-1976.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Road

(2) In this Act the Road Maintenance (Contribution) Act, 1965-1976 is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Road Maintenance (Contribution) Act, 1965-1978.

Section 4

amended. 2. Section 4 of the principal Act is amended as to the interpretation "owner", by inserting after the word "agreement" in paragraph (b) of the interpretation the words "or under a lease or loan or any other arrangement".
