AN ACT to amend the Road Districts Act, 19194959.

[Assented to 25th November, 1959.]

BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Road mr:tai„..

(2) In this Act the Road Districts Act, 1919-1959, Vol 4of the lAtx. nted

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Road Districts Act, 1919-1959.

S. 216 am. 2. Section two hundred and sixteen of the

principal Act is amended by adding after subsection

(2) the following subsection

(3) In addition to the powers conferred on it by subsection (2) of this section, the Board may apply such fund towards payment to the credit of the Central Road Trust Fund estab- lished pursuant to the provisions of the Traffic Act, 1919, of such moneys as under section eleven A of that Act a local authority may if it so desires pay into that Fund.
