AN ACT to amend section seventy of the Road Districts

Act, 1919-1938.

[Assented to 23rd December, 1939.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Road Districts Act Short tale.

Amendment Act (No. 2), 1939, and shall be read as one with the Road Districts Act, 1919-1938, hereinafter re- ferred to as the principal Act.

2. Section seventy of the principal Act is amended Amendment of a. 70 of

Provided that this section shall not apply in the case of a candidate who is qualified for election sign- ing his own name.
