AN ACT to amend the Road Districts

Act, 1919-1954

[Assented to 4th January, 1957.]

RE it enacted, by the Queen's Most Excellent -I" Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Road Districts

Act Amendment Act, 1956.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Road Districts Act, 1919-1956.

2. Section one hundred and sixty of the principal amended.

Act is amended by adding after pargraph (34) the following paragraph:

(35) undertake the control and management of T.latintisa-	an acclimatisation district proclaimed under Lion districts.
the provisions of Part IIIA. of the Fisheries Act, 1905-1956, in respect of which the board is registered as a trout acclimatisation society under such Act, and apply its revenue to the purposes of such control and management, and delegate its powers, authorities and functions in respect of any such acclimatisation district to a com- mittee of its members.

Section two hundred and one of the principal Act is amended by adding after subparagraph (iii) of paragraph (60) the following subparagraph: amended.

(iv) for all or any purposes for which a trout acclimatisation society may make by-laws pursuant to subsection (8) of section thirty- one of the Fisheries Act, 1905-1956, relating to the control and management of acclima- tisation districts proclaimed under the provisions of Part IIIA. of that Act.
