AN ACT to amend the Road Districts Act, 1919-1942.

[Assented to lath November, 1946.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Road Districts Act, Short title.

1919-1942, Amendment Act, 1946, and shall be read as one with the Road Districts Act, 1919-1942 (as printed in the Second Volume of the Reprinted Acts of the Par- liament of Western Australia), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2. Section one hundred and ninety-nine of the prin- Amendment

cipal Act is hereby amended as f ollows:—

(1) Strike out the word "or" in line 4 and insert after the words "reading rooms" in the same line the words "Civic Centre, Infant Health Centre, or Kindergarten School or Play- ground."

(2) Insert after the word "Board" in line 5 the words "or of Trustees approved of by the Board."

(3) Strike out the word "or" in line 6 before the

words "Reading Rooms."

Insert after the words "Reading Rooms" in line 6 the words "Civic Centre, Infant Health Centre, or Kindergarten School or Playground."

3. The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Road Districts Act, 1919-1946.
