AN ACT to close portion of Queen Street, Fremantle, and to enable the Fremantle Municipal Council to sell and dis- pose of such portion.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as follows :—

Short title.	1. This Act may be cited as the Road Closure (Queen Street) Act, 1928.

All public rights of way on and over the portion of Queen Street, Fremantle, described in the schedule to this Act shall cease from the passing of this Act, and the Fre- mantle Municipal Council may sell and dispose of such portion of the said street as if it had never formed portion of a street or been subject to any public right of way.

THE SCHEDULE.

All that portion of Queen street in the town of Fremantle commencing at a point on the south-west side of the said street situate 2 1'u links from its intersection with Cantonment streot and extending south-easterly along the said south-west side for 2 chains 216 links ; thence north-easterly for 6,13r, links ; thence north-westerly parallel Co the south-west side of Queen street for 1 chain 90 links ; thence along a circular convex arc for 14* links to the starting point.
