AN ACT for the Closure of a Road on the 'Endowment

Lands of the City of Perth.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as follows :-

Short title, 1. This Act may be cited as the Road Closure Act (No.

2), 1928.

The surveyed road passing through Swan Location 1911, as shown on original Plan Swan 298, commencing on its western boundary and extending (on its northern side) 117° 5" for a distance of 41 chains 75 links through the said location to the western side of a north and south surveyed road through such location, as shown on the said original plan, also that portion of such north and south road starting from the northern side of the former and extending 25° 55' for a distance on its eastern side of 23 chains 87 links to an angle as shown on original plan, Swan 298 aforesaid, may be closed by proclamation, and thereupon all rights of way over the same shall cease, and the soil thereof shall vest in the City of Perth for an estate in fee simple, as a portion of its endowment lands.
