AN ACT for the Closure of portion of Patterson Street,

Collie.

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Road Closure Act Short tide.

(No. 2), 1923.

2. That portion of Patterson Street, in the municipal Closure of portion tterson

district of Collie, described in the schedule to this Act Coiue

area

is hereby closed, and all rights of way over the same

shall cease, and the soil thereof shall re-vest in His Majesty

as of His former estate.

THE SCHEDULE.

In the Municipal District of Collie.

All that portion of Patterson Street bounded by lines starting at the intersection

of the eastern side of the said street with the southern side of Throssell Street and ex-

tending 200° 34' 5 chains 64 . 3 links, along the eastern side of Patterson Street aforesaid

to the northern side of Wittenoom Street ; thence 276° 15' 1 . 6 links to the tangent point of a circular curve the bearing and length of whose radius are 6° 15' and 38.8 links front said tangent point ; thence north-westerly by said curve 70 . 6 links ; thence 20° 34' 4 chains 70-6 links to the tangent point of a circular curve the bearing and length of whose radius are 110° 34' 56 . 8 links from said tangent point ; thence north-easterly by said curve 82 links, and thence 103° 15' 0 . 4 links to the starting point.
