AN ACT for the Closure of Certain Roads and

Rights of Way and of Portions of Certain

Roads and Rights of Way and other purposes.

[Assented to 7th January, 1952.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Short title.

1.    This Act may be cited as the Road Closure

Act, 1951.

Closure of

Portion of	2.	(1) All that portion of Smeed Terrace in the bounded by lines starting from the easternmost corner of Reserve 23080; thence south-easterly along the south-western side of Rose Avenue for a distance of 5 and 5/10ths links; thence generally southerly following the curve of a circular arc having a radius of 50 links for a distance of 94 and 4/10ths links; thence 243 degrees 9 minutes 88 and 9/10th links; thence 315 degrees 25 and 5/10ths links; thence 45 degrees 1 minute 1 chain 50 links to the starting point, as shown bordered green on Lands and Surveys Diagram No. 62369

is hereby closed, and all rights of way over that portion shall cease on the coming into operation of this Act.
(2) The land contained in that portion of Smeed Terrace which is closed by the operation of the last preceding subsection is hereby revested in His Majesty as of his former estate, with the intention that it be included in the adjoining Recreation Reserve No. 23080.

the north-western corner of Geraldton Subur- ban Lot 69 and extending generally westerly, south-westerly and southerly to a southern boundary of Geraldton Lot 1373,

is hereby closed, and all rights of way over it shall cease on the coming into operation of this Act, and the land contained therein is hereby revested in His Majesty as of his former estate.

5.    All that portion of Horatio Street, between portion gf
