ROAD CLOSURE.

No. 17 of 1943.

AN ACT for the closing of a certain right-of-way, for

revesting the land therein in His Majesty, and for

the disposition of such land after such revestment.

[Assented to 20th October, 1943.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Road Closure Act,

1943.

All that portion of a right-of-way in the Munici- pality of Collie having a width of 28 4/10 links and a length of 250 links and passing along the western boundary of Collie Lot 478 as shown on the public plan of Collie in the Department of Lands and Surveys is hereby closed and all right-of-way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act.
