AN ACT for the closure of certain Roads and of

portions of certain Roads.

[Assented to 11th December, 1936.]

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Westernby and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

All that the street known as Short street in the municipal district of Subiaco from the north side of Lawler street to the west boundary of lot 232A is hereby closed, and all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act.

All that portion of the street known as Union street in the municipal district of Wagin extending along the south-west boundary of lot 5U and being fifty links wide is hereby closed, all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act, and the land comprised in such closed road may be granted in fee simple to the Wagin municipal council freed from all trusts.

(2.) All that portion of Acacia street within the muni- cipal district of Bunbury more particularly described in Part 2 of the Third Schedule to this Act is hereby closed; all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act, and the land comprised in such closed portion of such street as in this subsection men- tioned may be granted for an estate in fee simple to the municipality of Bunbury.

The surveyed road, one chain wide, passing through Swan loca- tion 1911, as shown on original Plan Swan 298, commencing at the junction of the south side of Border road with the west side of Brompton road, and extending (on its southern and eastern sides) 269deg. 59min. 4 chains 69 4/10ths links, 209deg. 56min. 11 chains 72 links, and 159deg. 14min. 30 chains 61 links.

All that portion of Patricia street starting from a point on its north- western alignment situate 225deg. 9min. 1.3 chains 66 5/10th links from its junction with the south-western alignment of the Perth- Albany road and extending 185deg. 54min. 6 chains 80 2/10ths links; thence 45deg. 9min. 1 chain 58 1/10ths links; thence 50deg. 54min. 4 chains 88 9/10ths links; thence 315deg. 9min. 21 links; thence 225deg. 9min. 10 links, and thence 315deg. 9min. 1 chain to the starting point. All bearings being true or thereabouts and distances more or less.

PART 1.

All that portion of Scott street, one chain w ide, extending westerly from the western alignment of Banksia street to the eastern alignment of Haig crescent and the proposed new south-eastern align- ment of Baldock street, as shown on L.T.O. Plan 5780.

All that portion of Baldock street, one chain wide, extend-

ing easterly from the proposed new south-eastern alignment of Bal-

dock street, as shown on L.T.O. Plan 5780.

All that portion of Lloyd street, one chain wide, extending south-easterly and easterly from the proposed new eastern alignment of Acacia street, as shown on L.T.O. Plan 5780, and also that por- tion of said Lloyd street extending westerly from the proposed new western alignment of said Acacia street, as shown on said L.T.O. of William street and situate near Ocean drive.
