AN ACT for the closure of certain Roads and of
portions of certain Roads.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
| (1) | All that portion of Scott street between the southern align- |
ment of Richmond street and the northern alignment of Melrose street,
in the City of Perth.
All that portion of Melrose street between the western align- ment of Loftus street and a line running north from a point on the northern boundary of Swan location 1619 situate 27 3/10 links easterly from the north-western corner of the said location.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
All that portion of land bounded by lines starting from the south- eastern corner of lot 221 of Leschenault location 26 and extending 22 deg. 15 min. along its south-eastern boundary for a distance of 15 chains 1 4/10 links; thence 95 deg. 0 min. 52 4/10 links; thence 202 deg. 15 min. 14 chains 97 links; and thence 270 deg. 30 min. 53 8/10 links to the starting point.
