AN ACT for the Closure of certain Roads.
[Assented to 22nd October, 1920.]
B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative
this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of
the same, as follows:—
| 1. | This Act may be cited as the Road Closure Act, 1920. | Short title. |

| (1.) Those portions of the roads in the Fremantle Municipal District described in Part 1 of the Schedule to | Closure of portions of roads. |
| Schedule: Part 1. | |
| this Act are hereby closed, and the soil thereof is revested in His Majesty as of Ins former estate, and all rights-of-way over the same shall cease from the passing of this Act. |
| (2.) | Those portions of the roads in the North Fremantle Schedule : Part 2. |
Municipal District described in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Act are hereby closed, and the soil thereof is revested in His Majesty as of his former estate, and all rights-of-way over the same shall cease from the passing of this Act.
| (3.) | All those roads in the Uduc Estate in the Harvey Schedule : Part 3. |
District described in Part 3 of the Schedule to this Act are hereby closed, and the soil thereof is revested in His Maj- esty as of his former estate, and all rights-of-way over the same will cease from the passing of this Act.
| (4.) | That portion of the road in the City of Perth de- Schedule Part 4. |
scribed in Part 4 of the Schedule to this Act is hereby closed,
and the soil thereof revested in I-Es Majesty as of his former estate, and all rights-of-way over the same will cease from the passing of this Act.

The Schedule.
PART 1.
In the Fremantle llinnicipoi District.
L. & S. 8113/19.
All those portions of Queen Square, bounded on the North-West and North-East by the South-East and part of the South-West boundary of Fremantle Town Lots 461 and 463 respectively, the opposite boundaries being parallel and equal; again bounded on the South-East and North-East by the North-West and part of the South-West boundary of Lots 484 and 482 respectively; the opposite boundaries being parallel and equal.

Again bounded on the South-West and South-East by the North-East and_ a North-West boundary of Lots 389 and 530 respectively; the. opposite boundaries being parallel and equal, save and except the four corners at the intersection of High Street and Parry Street contained by arcs of 39 3/10 links in length and having radii and tangents of 25 links each.
Finally bounded on the North-West and South-West by the South-East and part of the North-East boundary of Lots 391 and 393 respectively; the opposite boundaries being parallel and equal.
The street from the West side of Amherst Street to the East side of Edmund Street, bounded by Lots 1199 and 1200 on the North and Lots 1207 and 1208 on the South.

In the North _Fremantle Municipal District.

PART 3.
In the Udne Estate, in the Harvey District.

No. 3508 deposited in- the Lands Titles Office:—
Bounded on the North by the prolongation Westward of the Northern boun- dary of Lot 46 for a distance of one chain, and on the East by a line starting from the North-West corner of said Lot 46 and extending along a Western, a Southern, and again a Western boundary of that lot; thence by the Western boundaries of Lots 50, 52, 54, 56, and across a one-chain road to the North-West corner of Lot 58; thence by the Western boundary of said Lot 58 and a Western, a Northern, and again a Western boundary of Lot 60 to its South-West corner, and thence by the Western boundaries of Lots 62 and 67 to the North side of Clarke Road; the opposite boundaries being parallel and equal.
Bounded on the North by the Southern boundaries of Lots 56 and 57, and on the South by the Northern boundaries of Lots 58 and 59.
Bounded on the North by the prolongation Westward of the Northern boun- dary of Lot 42 for a distance of one chain, and on the East by the Western boundary of said Lot 42 and those of Lots 41, 40, 39, 38, 37, and across a one- chain road to the North-West corner of Lot 36, and thence by the Western boun- dary of said Lot 36 and that of Lot 73 to the Northern side of Clarke Road; the opposite boundaries being parallel and equal.
PART 4.
In the City of Perth.
