AN ACT for the Closing of certain Roads.

1. This Act may be cited as the Road Closure Act, 1915. Short title.

THE SCHEDULE.

IN THE CLAREMONT ROAD DISTRICT.

A lane or way lying between lots 261 to 272, and lots 273 to 284 of Swan Loca- tion 537, as delineated on Plan deposited in the Department of Land Titles, No. 1140 (Vol. 281, Fol. 99).

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF FREMANTLE.

That portion of High Street starting from the South-West corner of Fre- mantle Lot 1, and bounded thence by lines extending 249deg. 50min. 1 chain 23 7/101inks ; thence 165deg. llmin. 55 9/10 links ; thence 69deg. 55min. 1 chain 29 1/10 links; and thence 239deg. 44min. 55 9/10 links to the starting point.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MIDLAND JUNCTION.

That portion of Amos Street in the subdivision of Lot 372 of Swan Location 16, lying between the production Southward of the Western boundary of sub- divisional Lot 46, and the Western boundary of Lot 371, as shown on deposited Plan 2421 in the Department of Land Titles.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NORTHAM.

A road or street extending from the West side of Charles Street to the East side of Morrell Street, through Northam Town Lots 174 to 179, inclusive, delineated and coloured green on a diagram deposited in the Office of Titles and numbered 3223.

IN THE CITY OF PERTH.
