AN ACT for the Closing of certain Roads

and Streets.

1. This Act may be cited as the Road Closure Act, 1915. Short title.

2.    All rights of way over the roads or streets or the portions Closure of certain

thereof particularly described in the Schedule hereto shall cease roads or portions

from the passing of this Act, and such roads or streets or portions thereof'

thereof, as the case may be, are re-vested in and may be dealt with

by His Majesty as if the same had never been subject to such

which lies between Lots 134 and 135 on the nest and I,ots 6I and 62 on the east of Perthshire Locations Au and At, known as the Osborne Park Estate (subdivisional plan 2452) shall cease from the passing of this Act, subject to a way twenty-five links in width extending front Trafalgar Street on the east to Waterloo Street on the west, adjacent to the south boundary of Lots 63 and 133, being substituted for the way hereby closed, as the same is delineated on the said plan numbered 4159.

THE SCHEDULE.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COLLIE.

That portion of Lefroy Street lying between the production Eastward of the

South side of Medic Street and the production Eastward of the North side of

Johnston Street.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF FREMANTLE.

That portion of High Street starting from the South-West corner of Fre- mantle Lot 1 and bounded thence by lines extending 249 deg. 50 min. 1 chain 23 7/10 links ; thence 165 deg. 11 min. 59 9/10 links ; thence 60 deg. 55 min. 1 chain 30 8/10 links, and thence 339 deg. 44 min. 59 9/10 links to the starting point.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GERALDTON.

That portion of George Road that abuts on Lot 4\298 subject to a deviation of the road through the said lot extending to Philps Street.

IN THE CITY OF PERTH.

That portion of Kensington Street extending Eastward from the Eastern side of Trafalgar Road to the right bank of the Swan River; subject, however, to the provision of a 10-foot pathway to the River.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA PARK.

The surveyed road (Jarrah Road) Massing along the South-Western boun-

dary of Canning Location 705, from its West to its South corner. Plan 1/D/40.

IN THE DISTRICT OF COCKBURN SOUND (near Becnup).

The private carriage-way, 23 links wide, lying between the South boundaries of Subdivisional Lots 75-78, inclusive, lid the North boundary of Lot 53 in the subdivision of Cockburn Sound Location 462, as shown on deposited plan 3644 in the Department of Land Titles.
