AN ACT for the Closing of certain Roads or portions thereof, and to validate the Closing of certain Roads.

[Assented to 6th February, 1909.]

1. This Act may be cited as the Road Closure Act, 1909. Short title.

All that port ion of a public right-of-way lying between the Western boundaries of Garden Areas 12, 0. and 5, and a line bearing 187 deg. 35 min. from the South- West corner of Mount Magnet Town Lot 204,

All that portion of a Public Road bounded by lines starting from a point situate 3 chains 96-6:10 links West and 5 chains 22-8/10 links South from the South-West corner of Swan Location 396 and extending 234 deg. 55 min. 11 chains 114/10 links, thence 65 deg. 17 min. 22 chains 88-9/10 links, thence 270 deg. 10 min. 4 chains 73-5 10 links, and thence 245 deg. 17 min. 7 chains 07-8. 110 links In the starting point.

IN THE TowN or WAGIN.

The whole of Hamersley Road along the East Boundaries of Pin-doping Lots 44 and 35 and Wagin Lots 685 and 676.

All that portion of Spratt Road lying between the Eastern side of Kersley Road and a line extending. North from a point situate West 9 chains from the North-East corner of Wagin Town Lot 684.

All that portion of Cowelter Road lying between lines extending Northwards
