AN ACT for the Closing of portions of Larkin

Street, in the Municipality of Kanowna.

1. All rights of way in and over such portions of Larkin Street, in the Municipality of Kanowna, as are described in the Schedule Abolition of certain

thoroughfare.

to this Act shall henceforth cease and determine; and it shall be lawful for His Majesty to deal with the said portions of the said street as if the same had never been any portion of a public street or subject to such rights.

SCHEDULE.

THOSE portions of Larkin Street, in the Municipality of Kanowna, hereinafit r described, namely : —

I. Bounded by lints starting from a point 64 links North from the North- West corner of Kanowna Lot 60 and extending North 71 . 3 links ; thence East 2 chains 50 links, South 71 . 3 links, and West. 2 chains 50 links to the starting point.

2. Bounded by lines starting from a point situate 64 links North from the North-West corner of Kanowna Lot 41 and extending North 71 .3 links, East 2 chains 50 links, South 71 . 3 links, and West 2 chains 50 links to the starting point.
