AN ACT for the Closing of Water Street,

North Fremantle.

[Assented to, 5th December, 1900.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. ALL rights-of-way on and over the street described in the

Schedule hereto shall cease from the passing of this Act, and Her riglit.of -way.	Abolition of a certain
Majesty may deal with such street as if it had never been a public street or road, or subject to the said rights.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent

to this Act.
