I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Road and Rail Transport (Dangerous Goods) Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 20 April 1998 as the day on which that Act (except Schedule 1.3 [1]) commences.
