I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following rules under the Traffic Act 1925 .19 June 2023

1Short titleThese rules may be cited as the Road Amendment Rules 2023. 2CommencementThese rules take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RulesIn these rules, the Road Rules 2019 are referred to as the Principal Rules. 4The amendment effected by this rule has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Road Rules 2019.
