opinions from counsel and we accept that there are

no arguable grounds before this Court.

MASON CJ: Yes, well what order are you asking the Court to

make?

MR CHURCHILL: Well, I am seeking an order that the appeals

be dismissed, Your Honour.

MASON CJ:  You consent to that?

MR ALDRIDGE: Yes, and we also seek an order for costs.

MASON CJ: Yes.

MR CONNOR:  I also consent, Your Honour, and seek a similar

order.

MASON CJ:  By consent, the three applications for special
