to autliorize the collection of di l t i~s in the said Province upon such goods according to any scale of duties whirh may for the time being bc agrectl upon with thc Governments of the said Colonies, and also

the pajrncnt of such duties to the said Governments respcctivcly, in

such proportions as may from time to time be agreed upon-Be it therefore E:nacted, by the Govmnor-in-Chief of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of' the Legislative Council and Housc of Assembly of the said Province in this prcscnt Parliament aswmbled, as follom:

to such charge for collecting the same as may be agreed upon betwecn

the Government of the said Province and the Governments of New South Walos and Victoria; and such warrant, and the receipt of any person authorized by the Governors of the said Colonics respectively to rec~ i re the same, shall be a sufficient dischargp to the person paying any sums mentioned in such warrant and receipt.
