2 River Improvement Trust (Proserpine River) No. 80, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the River Improvement Trust (Proserpine River) Order 1993 . ˙ Authorised borrowings 2. The Proserpine River Improvement Trust is authorised to raise the amount specified in the Schedule by sale of debentures on the terms set out in the Schedule.

3 River Improvement Trust (Proserpine River) No. 80, 1993 ¡ SCHEDULE AUTHORISED BORROWINGS section 2 Amount of loan—$A100 000 1. Interest rate—8.4% per annum on the prevailing balance of the loan. 2. Purpose of loan—Stream Improvements 1992/93 (O’Connell River Planning and Design). 3. Term of loan—5 years. 4. Payment of interest and principal to be made by 9 equal half-yearly instalments calculated on the basis of a 10 year loan, with the outstanding balance payable on the tenth and final instalments. 5. Lender—Commonwealth Savings Bank of Australia.
