2 River Improvement Trust (Pioneer River) No. 81, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the River Improvement Trust (Pioneer River) Order 1993 . ˙ Authorised borrowings 2. The Pioneer River Improvement Trust is authorised to raise the amounts specified in the Schedule by sale of debentures on the terms set out in the Schedule.

3 River Improvement Trust (Pioneer River) No. 81, 1993 ¡ SCHEDULE AUTHORISED BORROWINGS section 2 Amount of loan—$A180 000 1. Interest rate—8.4% per annum on the prevailing balance of the loan. 2. Purpose of loan—Pioneer River Flood Mitigation Project. 3. Term of loan—5 years. 4. Payment of interest and principal to be made by 9 equal half-yearly instalments and the payment of the outstanding balance by the tenth and final instalment. 5. Lender—Commonwealth Savings Bank of Australia. Amount of loan—$A75 000 1. Interest rate—8.4% per annum on the prevailing balance of the loan. 2. Purpose of loan—Stream improvements 1992/93. 3. Term of loan—5 years. 4. Payment of interest and principal to be made by 9 equal half-yearly instalments and the payment of the outstanding balance by the tenth and final instalment. 5. Lender—Commonwealth Savings Bank of Australia.
