This order in council may be cited as the River Improvement Trust (Haughton River Improvement Trust) Order 1993 . ˙ Authorised borrowings 2. The Haughton River Improvement Trust is authorised to raise the amount specified in the Schedule by sale of a debenture on the terms set out in the Schedule.

Interest rate—the Semi-Governmental and Local Authority Interest Rate set by the Treasurer that applies on the day of this order. 2. Purpose of loan—the Stream Improvements Program 1992/93—Mill Farm Bank Restoration. 3. Term of loan—4 years. 4. Payment of interest and principal is to be made by making 7 equal half-yearly instalments calculated on the basis of a 15 year loan with the balance payable on the eighth and final instalment. 5.
