2 River Improvement Trust (Bremer River Improvement Trust) No. 69, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the River Improvement Trust (Bremer River Improvement Trust) Order 1993 . ˙ Authorised borrowings 2. The Bremer River Improvement Trust is authorised to raise the amounts specified in the Schedule by sale of debentures on the terms set out in the Schedule.

Interest rate—8.1% per annum on the prevailing balance of a loan maturing on 10 September 1992. 2. Purpose of loan—conversion to a new loan of the outstanding balance of a loan of $28 000 that matured on 10 September 1992. 3. Term of loan—4 years. 4. Payment of interest and principal to be made by 8 equal half-yearly instalments. 5. Lender—Commonwealth Savings Bank of Australia. Amount of loan—$A26 000 1. Interest rate—8.5% per annum on the prevailing balance of a loan that matured on 13 November 1992. 2. Purpose of loan—conversion to a new loan of the outstanding balance of a loan of $42 000 that matured on 13 November 1992. 3. Term of loan—4 years. 4. Payment of interest and principal is to be made by 8 equal half-yearly instalments. 5. Lender—Commonwealth Savings Bank of Australia.
