2 River Improvement Trust Amendment (No. 1) No. 432, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the River Improvement Trust Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The River Improvement Trust Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of Schedule 3. Schedule— omit, insert— ‘SCHEDULE ‘FEES section 6 The maximum fees payable for attending a meeting or other Trust business are as follows— ‘ 1 Daily meeting fees (a) of not more than 4 hours (b) of more than 4 hours Chairperson $ 105 140 Member $ 90 120 2 Daily special assignment fees (a) of not more than 4 hours (b) of more than 4 hours 90 120 75 100 ’.
